Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger items.
